| 摘 要： | 通过实际发生的案例展开对电压互感器二次绝缘监察装置中性线开路情况的讨论，用一些常用的理论计算当系统发生单相接地时，电压互感器二次绝缘监察装置仍反映正常相电压，并不反应接地时相电压变化情况，只是发出接地告警信号。对电网调度员及变电运行人员处理此类事故有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Based on practical cases, it discusses the disconnecting problem of neutral conductor of secondary voltage transformer insulation monitoring device. When single-phase grounding happens, the calculated results show that the secondary voltage transformer insulation monitoring device present normal phase voltage, but not the grounding phase voltage, only sending out warning signals, which is of significance for grid dispatcher and operating staff. |
