渐开线齿形面积算法在冷滚轧技术中的应用

摘    要:介绍了渐开线齿形面积算法在渐开线圆柱齿形零件冷滚轧技术方面的应用。以福特汽车启动电机输出轴螺旋花键为研究对象,阐述了渐开线齿形面积计算公式在渐开线螺旋花键冷滚轧技术设计计算中的应用,包括所滚轧螺旋花键齿形面积的计算,螺旋花键滚轧坯料直径和螺旋花键滚轧成形模具的设计与计算等,并以此验证关于渐开线圆柱齿轮体积与齿形面积的算法以及计算公式的正确性。

Abstract:The applications of involute profile area the involute profile cylinder part were introduced algorithm in the cold rolling technique of Regarding the spiral serration of output shaft in starting motor of Ford Motor as the research subject, the applications of involute profile area algorithm in the cold rolling technique of the spiral involute serration, including the calculation of spiral serration involute profile area, the design and calculation of blank diameter and rolling die for spiral involute serration, were expounded. The results validate the correctness of involute cylinder profile volume and profile area algorithm and computational formulas.
