基于NetLinx网络的水箱液位控制系统设计

摘    要:借助罗克韦尔开放式网络平台,构建了以ControlLogix5561 PLC为控制器,以水箱为控制对象,通过EtherNet上的PC机进行远程监控的系统。并通过RSLinx软件建立通讯通道,通过RSNetworx软件对ControlNet进行组态和配置,通过RSLogix5000对控制器进行逻辑编程,通过RSView32对上位机的人机接口进行设计,实现了不同网络上各设备间的相互通讯。并在控制系统中引入PID算法,经参数整定后,实现对水箱液位的精确控制。

Abstract:Depending on the open network platforms of Rockwell,the tank level control system is constructed in which ControlLogix5561 PLC is as controller,ControlNet is as link,the TANK LEVEL is as control object and PC on EtherNet is as remote humen-machine interface monitor.RSLinx software is used for communications channel establish,RSNetworx software is used ControlNet configuration and deployment,RSLogix5000 software is used for controller logic program,RSView32 is used for human-machine interface design.Then,each equipment can communicate with each other between different networks,and PID control algorithm is adopted into the control system and after tuning the parameter.It achieves the precision control of the tank level.
