| 摘 要： | 分析了摄像头检测器机壳结构特点和成型工艺,对产品的浇口位置和方式进行了选择,并运用Pro/E软件设计了模具的结构。目前该模具已经投入产品的大批量生产,并得到了客户好评。

| Abstract: | Analyzed the structure characteristics and molding process of the camera detector shell,the gate location and injection type have been chose,and mold structure has been designed with Pro/E software.This mold has been applied to the mass production of the part,and gotten good appraisement from client. |
