| 摘 要： | 城市道路交通管理正在成为制约城市以及城市交通可持续发展的一个瓶颈。讨论、界定和辨析了城市道路交通管理的相关理论 ,并分析了当前城市道路交通建设与管理中存在的主要问题 ,在此基础上对未来城市道路交通管理及其发展战略提出了相应的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, urban road traffic management is becoming the bottleneck limiting sustainable development of city and city transport. As an important part of the city management, urban traffic should persist in its guideline keeping both traffic management and infrastructure construction develop simultaneously. This paper puts forward policies and advice for development strategy based on analysis to the problems existing in urban road traffic and management. |
