类型学下历史街区保护与更新的研究——以长沙化龙池-小古道巷-大古道巷街区为例

随着经济的快速发展，中国绝大多数城市面临羞旧城改造问题，而历史街区要如何实现保护与更新、传统与现代和谐共存是值得深思的问题。基于城市设计的出发点，通过大量调查长沙历史风貌和历史街区空间性状、分析街区形态发展现状，以类型学为主要理论依据，就长沙现今历史街区发展过程中所存在的种种问题，探讨历史街区保护与更新的模式。旨在通过长沙化龙池、小古道巷、大古道巷历史街区的局部应用类型学改造的新模式，实现对历史街区保护与更新手法的创新。

Study on the Historical Block Protection and Renewal Under Typology Take Hualongchi--Xiaogudaoxiang--Dagudaoxiang Block in Changsha for Example

With the rapid development of economic,most old cities are facing rebuild in China. However,the problem remain far from being solved that harmonic symbiosis between protection and renewal as well as the traditional and the modern in the historic block. Starting with the point of urban design and the main theory of typology, as investigation the Changsha＇ s traditional landscape and space attributes as well as analyzed the current situation of urban morphological. And in view of the existing problems in evolvement of the urban form in Changsha＇ s historic block, to discussing a new mode of protection and renewal of the areas with traditional landscape in Changsha City. After through studying the newly reformed modes of applied to Hualongci Street,Xiaogudao Alley and Dagudao Alley, aim to breaking through the traditional processing mode about protection and innovation of historic blocks.
