清末民国时期武汉民居形式研究

摘    要:清末至民国时期武汉出现了民居建造的高峰,这些居住建筑既有源于中国传统建筑体系的木构架院落民居,也有受西方文化和技术的影响而产生的联排里分建筑、独立式住宅和公寓等。两者构成了武汉的城市肌理,集中反映了武汉的自然条件、传统文化、经济形态和社会历史。然而,经过近百年的历史,其建筑质量逐渐下降,数量不断萎缩,这种独特的城市文化痕迹正随着城市的发展而急剧消逝,极有可能埋没在城建脚步的灰烬中,被新式建筑所取代。本文对此时期的民居从平面布局、外观装饰、结构形式三个方面进行分析,通过研究其建筑形式的手段,达到传承历史文化的目的。

Abstract:The construction of residential architecture reach a high level in Wuhan during the late Qing Dynasty to Republic of China, these buildings not only originated in wooden frame courtyard in Chinese traditional architectural system, but also came into being a new architectural form called townhouses and independent apartments that affected by western culture and technology. They formed urban texture and reflects natural conditions, traditional culture, economic form and social history. However, the quality and quantity of residential architecture had been in an accelerated decline, and also this urbancultural heritage was sharply disappeared and replaced by new architecture in the development of city. This text analyses Wuhan residential architecture from three aspects of layout, decoration and structure to achieve the purpose of continuing historical culture.
