超级吸水树脂—淀粉—丙烯腈

摘    要:淀粉与具有可离子化的亲水单体如丙烯腈合成的接枝共聚物-淀粉-丙烯腈具有超过自身重量几百倍甚至上千倍的吸水量,被称为超级吸水树脂,淀粉-丙烯腈对光热的作用具有较好的稳定性,吸水后不能用简单的物理方法挤出,因而被广泛应用于石油、化工、建材、农业、医用卫生等领域,制备淀粉-丙烯腈接枝共聚物主要采用自由基引发共聚法,引发剂的种类、淀粉的选择,温度、pH值等均对最终产品和结果产生影响,探索能应用于工业化生产的下法合成淀粉-丙烯腈树脂工艺及如何制取具有高吸盐水倍率的产品是今后研究的重点。

Abstract:Starch acrylonitrile,the graft copolymer which is synthesized by starch and ionizated hydrophilic monomer,can absorb water hundreds of times more than its own weight.It is called super absorbent resin.Starch acrylonitrile has good stability to ray and heat.Water in it can not be pressed out of it by simple physical methods.So it is widely used in oil,chemical,civil construction,agriculture and medical fields.Copolymer initiated by radical group is the main method to produce starch acrylonitrile.Initiator,starch,temperature and pH value have influence on the product,how to synthesize starch acrylonitrile by one step and how to yield starch acrylonitrile with excellent ability to absorb salt water should be highlighted.
