摘    要:以硬脂酸、羟乙基乙二胺等为原料,以甲苯为带水剂合成羟乙基烷基咪唑啉,用氯乙酸两性化处理后,再制成两性烷基咪唑啉的钙盐。经聚丙烯中试应用,实验证明抗静电效果明显。

Abstract:Hydroxyethyl alkyl imidzzoline has been sythetic by using stearic acid and N-hydroxyethyl-ethy-lene diamine as vaw materials.The water yielded in the process of synthesis is taken out by azeotropic action of water and toluene.After amphoteric treatment with chlorocetic acid.Hydroxyethyl alkyl imidazoline calcium is obtained.The application in the polypropylene shows that it's antistatic effect is obvious and that it is practicable .
