| Abstract: | The modification of the south atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Jinan Petroleum Refinery for dismissing emulsification of diesel oil during alkaline wash were analyzed and summarized.These modification included:optimizing process flow to prolong residence time,adjusting concentration of aqueous solution,decreasing mixtue strength,controlling operation temperature,enhancing the arrangment of operation and testing inhibitor. |
