局域网内信息广播式发布的实现

企业内通过局域网来发布信息的方法得到越来越广泛的使用，通常的发布方法是把信息发布在内部的Web网站上或发到电子邮箱内等待用户去查看。这种方法是被动的，甚至是滞后的，不适合一些紧急信息的发布。一种比较实用的方法是设计一种信息广播式即刻发布的系统，让发布的信息立即显示在接收端的计算机上，并可以通过超链接链接到Web网站和电子邮箱，让接收者以类似听广播的方式立即接收到发布的信息。这种广播式的发送方式其有及时、灵活、主动、高效等特点，是局域网内信息发布的一种实用方法。

Design and implementation of broadcasting messages in LAN

Publishing messages through a local network is widely used in an enterprise. In general messages are published on an internal web server or are mailed to employee's mailboxes. These publishing methods are passive, not suitable for publishing urgent messages. A new method acting as broadcast is discussed and developed. In such a broadcast way any receiver can get the message immediately as soon as the message is sent out as if the receiver has listened a broadcast in time. This method is urgent, agile, active and effective.
