500 kV线路采用铝合金导线的探讨

摘    要:铝合金导线具有多方面的优点,已在世界许多国家的输电线路上广泛应用,而我国在500 kV 线路上尚未采用。实践证明,铝合金导线适宜在500 kV 线路上推广应用。建议在500 kV 线路上采用铝合金绞线(AAAC) 时,平均运行应力( EDS) 上限值取25 %UTS ,最大设计张力取40 %UTS ,并根据AAAC 的特点改进防振措施。

Abstract:The aluminum alloy conductor has advantages in many respects,which have been widely used in transmission lines in many coumtries in the world.While in China it has not been used in 500 kV lines.The practice has proved that the aluminum alloy conductor is suitable for popularization in 500 kV lines.The recommendation is for application of aluminum alloy conductor (AAAC) in 500 kV lines that the average operating stress ( EPS ) will be 25% UTS for top limit and maximum design tension be 40% UTS .The vibration proof measures should be improved in accordace with the AAAC's characters.
