低浓度乐果的纯化过程研究

摘    要:以低浓度乐果(86.2%)为原料,采用熔融结晶和发汗操作对乐果纯化过程进行了研究,考察了熔融结晶和发汗时间、温度对乐果纯度的影响,结果表明:在30℃下结晶60min,得到的晶体在35℃下发汗120min,晶体纯度可达98%以上,产品质量达到国家标准。

Abstract:Melt crystallization and a sweating procedure were used to purify low concentrations of dimethoate. Theeffects of crystallization temperature and time, and sweating temperature and time on dimethoate purity were investigated.Crystallization for 60 min at less than 30oC, and sweating for 120 min at less than 35oC, yielded dimethoate crystals with>98%, a level of purity that meets national standards.
