基于8051单片机的新型微波开关矩阵

摘    要:电子工业的发展对自动测试效率的要求越来越高,而微波自动测试的目标和步骤千差万别.为提高测试效率,需要将微波开关矩阵融入到自动测试系统中.微波开关矩阵主要是实现自动测试系统与被测电路单元之间的信息交换,以及为被测单元提供必要的负载.本文介绍了一种基于8051单片机的新型微波开关矩阵,并给出了硬件电路结构和软件流程.该开关矩阵以PC机作为上位机,通过串行接口控制,具有较强的可靠性、灵活性.实际应用表明,该开关矩阵结构简单、应用灵活、易扩展,在很大程度上提高了自动测试效率,具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:The development of electronic industry requires the automatic testing to be more efficiency.However,the purposes and methods of these microwave automatic testing systems differ greatly from each other,so the microwave switching matrix is introduced into the ATS to improve the testing efficiency.The microwave switching matrix is to exchange messages between ATS and the circuit units under test,and to provide necessary load for these units.A new type of microwave switching matrix based on 8051 SCM is introduced in this paper.The design method is discussed in detail.The hardware and software flow chart are also provided.Using PC as its controller,the matrix is controlled through the serial interface.The practical application shows that this matrix is simple in structure,agile in use and easy in extension.It greatly improves the automatic testing efficiency,and could be applied broadly.
