火电厂燃烧系统全程解耦控制

摘    要:火电厂燃烧过程中燃料量难于直接测得,以及送、引风之间存在强烈耦合是燃烧系统投自动的严重障碍。本文阐述了应用于山东潍坊电厂的国产300MW机组燃烧控制系统。该系统在信号测取,送、引风解耦及炉膛防爆等方面有新意,很值得借鉴。

Abstract:During the combustion process of a fuel-burning power Plant the quantity offuel is difficult in measuring directly and the strong interaction between FD and ID air are thesevere obstacle to automatic control for combustion system. This paper introduces the fuelcntrol system which applies to the 300MW units. This system provides some new views in signal measurment, decoupling between FD and ID air and the furnace explosion proof and soon. It is worth refering.
