摘    要:提出了以产品结构树为诊断知识的组织框架和利用FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)信息建立父节点与子节点间的诊断规则的故障诊断方法。研究了基于产品结构树模型的框架知识组织方法,并探讨了由FMEA信息建立诊断推理规则及推理策略,最后以某列车自动门系统为例进行诊断分析。

Abstract:The fault diagnostic method that applies product structure tree to organize diagnostic knowledge and utilizes FMEA information to establish diagnostic rule between father node and children nodes was presented. The methods that organize knowledge with frames based on product structure tree model, establish diagnostic rule with FMEA information and reasoning strategy were discussed. A certain train automatic door was analyzed by the method.
