含风电场的电力系统频率特性动态仿真分析

摘    要:针对风电接入电力系统后对其稳定性的影响问题,阐述了含风电的电力系统动态仿真模型(风电机组模型包括恒速异步风电机组和双馈变速风电机组),仿真分析了电网侧发生扰动及风电场侧发生扰动情况下风电系统的频率响应过程,以及风电并网运行对系统频率的时空分布特性的影响。仿真结果表明,电网侧发生扰动及风电场侧发生扰动情况下,两种不同风电机组对系统频率的作用及影响不同,风电并网运行对频率的时空分布特性产生了重要影响。

Abstract:Aiming at the influence of wind power integrated into power system on its stability, this paper introduces the dynamic simulation model for electric power system with wind power (wind turbine models including constant speed asynchronous turbine and doubly fed induction turbine), simulates and analyzes the process of frequency in- fluence when disturbance occurs at line side and wind farm side and the influence of wind power connecting in pow- er network on the time - space ,distribution characteristic of system frequency. Simulation result shows that when disturbance occurs at line side and wind farm side, the effect and influence of two different wind turbines on system frequency differ and wind power, connecting in power network, has an important effect on the time - space distribu- tion characteristic of system frequency.
