有气密性要求的精铸件工艺探讨

摘    要:散热器有气密性要求,精铸生产有一定难度。对铸件的结构进行了详尽的分析,从浇注系统设计、充型速度、型壳的浇注温度、钢液过热度等方面分别提出了相应的工艺措施,从而改善了铸件的气密性能,减少焊补,提高铸件成品率。

Abstract:It is difficult to cast the radiatior with air-tightness requirements in investment casting.Through analysis of structure of the radiator,some countermeasures,including design of gating system,filling velocity,pouring temperature of shell mold,super-heating of liquid steel,were conducted to improve the air-tightness of radiator and to decrease welding-repair,increasing the qualified rate of the investment casting radiators.
