| Abstract: | Cost control in design phase has significant influences on investment control of real estate projects. In this paper starting from cost management measures in design phase practical cost control methods in development and design phase of real estate projects are presented from three aspects： planning design, preliminary design and construction documents design, in order to increase economic returns of real estate projects. |
