薄带钢轧制环境下的轧机振动特性研究

摘    要:国内某钢厂热轧线在轧制薄带板时,第二架精轧机振动异常剧烈。通过建立该轧机系统的垂直振动和水平振动有限元模型,计算出其多阶固有频率,并结合现场振动测试信号,进行综合分析。结果表明,当电机转速达到90~110 rpm时,齿轮座啮合频率为16.6~18.8 Hz,与水平振动系统第1阶扭振频率接近,形成受迫振动;当电机转速达到110~120 rpm时,齿轮座啮合频率为21.4~23.3 Hz,与轧机第1阶轴向振动频率23.4 Hz接近,形成受迫振动。因此,通过控制,使电机快速通过这两个转速区间,可有效减轻轧机的振动。

Abstract:The vibration of the second finishing mill of a hot rolling line in a domestic steel plant is very severe when rolling thin strip.By establishing the vertical vibration and horizontal vibration finite element model of this rolling mill system,it calculates the multi-step natural frequency of rolling mill system.It also analyzes it comprehensively with the field vibration test signal.The results show that when the motor speed reaches 90-110rpm,the meshing frequency of the gear base is about 16.6-18.8Hz,which is close to the first torsional vibration frequency of the horizontal vibration system,forming forced vibration;when the motor speed reaches 110-120rpm,the meshing frequency of the gear base is 21.4-23.3Hz,which is close to the first axial vibration frequency of the rolling mill,forming forced vibration.The vibration of rolling mill can be effectively reduced by controlling the motor to pass through these two speed ranges quickly.
