基于先进表面工程技术的汽车发动机再制造工程及其产业模式

摘    要:在中国国家自然科学基金资助项目“再制造基础理论与关键技术”和“机电产品可持续设计与复合再制造的基础研究”,国家科技支撑计划项目“汽车零部件再制造关键技术与应用”和“汽车发动机和轮胎再制造过程质量控制与评价技术研究”,以及国家高技术发展计划(863计划)项目“重载车辆关键零部件的加速寿命试验技术研究”等联合资助下,提出基于先进表面工程技术的汽车发动机再制造工程的流程原型结构,及其技术原型方案。 认为汽车发动机再制造是按照再制造标准,通过工业化的再制造工艺流程,将旧废汽车发动机恢复原有性能指标或超过新机性能指标,再次获得新的使用性能。提出由拆解、清洗、检测、分类、再制造加工、装配、测试、封装等组成的再制造工艺流程原型结构,认为再制造加工是再制造的核心工序,提出采用高速电弧喷涂技术(HVAST)修复缸体主轴承孔和采用电刷镀技术( EBPT)修复凸轮轴轴颈等两项再制造关键工艺,报告相关工艺方案,提出工艺参数,给出实现原型。以此工艺为基础,开发相关表面制造工艺,能够实现箱体轴承孔、连杆轴孔、曲轴轴颈、缸体等部位缺陷的修复。建立起发动机再制造效益分析方案,试算了相关案例,证明汽车发动机再制造是一个极有前景的制造产业。

Abstract:The prototype framework of process of auto engine remanufacturing engineering based on Advanced Surface Engineering Technology and its technological prototype schemes are put forward with the joint support by “Basic Theory and Key Technology for Remanufacturing” (No. 50235030) and “Basic Research for Sustainability Design and Composite Remanufacturing of Mechanical and Electrical Products” (No. 50735006) funded by NSFC, “Key Technology and Application for Auto Parts Remanufacturing” (No. 2006BAF02A19) and “Research on Process Quality Control and Estimate Method for Remanufacturing of Auto Engine and Tyre” (No. 2008BAK42B03) under National Key Technology R&D Program of China, and “Research on Accelerated Life Test Technology of Key Parts of Heavy duty Vehicles” (No.2007AA04Z408), a project of National 863 Project.
