环锭纺竹节纱捻度分析

摘    要:对纱线粗细不匀造成成纱捻度分布不匀的原因进行了理论分析;通过对环锭纺竹节纱的捻度进行测试,分析了竹节长度、竹节间距和竹节倍数三个基本参数对竹节纱捻度的影响。结果表明,竹节倍数和竹节长度对竹节和基纱的捻度变化影响较大,竹节间距影响不大,可以通过增加竹节长度来减少竹节纱的捻度不匀;竹节纱追加捻度后,竹节处捻度增加较少,不能有效提高竹节纱强力,可以通过合理设计竹节纱规格参数来改善竹节纱强力。

Abstract:The causes are analysed in theory, which are the yarn thick and thin irregularity brings about yarn irregular distribution of twist. Influences on slubby yarn twist of three parameters such as slubby length, slubby space and slubby multiple are analysed by testing ring spinning slubby yarn twist. The result shows that: the slubby multiple and length have large influences on twist of base yarn and slubby yarn, slubby space have a little influence which can be solved by increasing slubby length. It's no effective to improve the slubby yarn strength by adding twisting, because the slubby yarn twist increased less. Slubby yarn strength is improved by rational designing the specification parameters.
