摘    要:采用微波消解ICP-AES法对螺旋藻中10种微量元素进行了分析测定。该方法的加标回收率在94.2%~104.8%之间,变异系数(RSD,n=6)在0.95%~4.81%之间,测定结果令人满意。为螺旋藻中微量元素的检测、分析提供了快速、准确的方法。

Abstract:Microwave digestion and ICP-AES were applied to the analysis and determination of 10 trace elements in Spirulina. The recovery was 94.2%-104.8%,and the variation coefficient(RSD = 6)was 0.95%4.81%. The result was quite satisfactory. It provides a quick and accurate method for the analysis and determination of trace elements in Spirulina.
