Surface Active Products of Glycide: I. Nonylphenolpolyglyceroether The reaction of glycidol (2,3-expoxypropan-l-ol) with nonlylphenol yields surface active products with excellent stability to concentrated aqueous salt solutions even at high temperatures. The properties of this class of compounds is described in comparison to ethoxylated products.
