摘    要:论述了铁精矿造球的基本工艺技术要求,根据武钢程潮铁矿的原料条件,利用该矿球团生产线上φ6000mm圆盘造球机,通过调整造球盘转速、倾角、给料量等技术参数,改变加水地点及加水方式,强化制粒效果,提高了生球成球率及台时产量,生球合格率提高了26.79%~39.77%,台时产量达到30 t/h.

Abstract:The basic technical requirements of pelletizing are described. Based on the parameters of concentrates in Chengchao iron mine of WISCO, the yield of green pellets and productivity of ~,6 000 mm disc pelletizer were increased by adjusting technical parameters, such as rotation speed, inclination feeding rate of pelletizer, changing water supply point and mode. The yield of green pellets was increased by 26.79%-39.77%, and the capacity per hour is up to 30 t/h.
