| 摘 要： | 采用自然沉降法对校园95个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测, 了解到高校校园空气微生物污染情况,并分析了造成污染的可能因素.结果细菌总数合格率为79%,不同年度、不同场所空气细菌总数合格率不同,各项指标之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01). 由此可知,校园空气细菌的数量受时间、场所等多种因素的影响.

| Abstract: | Objective: to study the microorganism pollution in air on a college campus, and analyze at 95 collection sites on campus. Result :the total colonies qualified rate was 79%.There was different rate in different years and places.The differences between different years and places have statistical significance(P<0.01) . Conclusion: the total colonies in air on campus are affected by different years and places, etc. |
