摘    要:以JL/G1A-125-26/7型钢芯铝绞线和铸铝悬垂线夹组成的系统为研究对象,在导线弯曲疲劳试验装置上进行微动实验研究,分析了架空导线微动损伤的微观特征,考察了弯曲振幅、频率、静载荷对架空输电导线微动寿命的影响。结果表明,导线微动损伤主要发生在线夹处导线上半部,是外层铝线的微动磨损及裂纹的形成和扩展导致的微动疲劳断裂所致。导线微动寿命随弯曲振幅和外加静载荷的减小而增大。弯曲振动频率对导线微动寿命影响不大。

Abstract:e system consisting of JL/G1A-125-26/7 steel-cored aluminium stranded wire and suspension clamp is taken as an example to investigate the fretting damage characteristics of overhead electrical conductors. A series of fretting tests of conductors are performed on a conductor bending fatigue test system to examine the effect of bending amplitude , frequency and dead load on fretting life. The micro morphologies of fretting damage are analyzed by scanning election microscope. It is found that the fretting damages occur mostly on the upper conductor in the zone near to the edge of keeper, and owe to fretting wear and fretting fatigue of the outer layer aluminium wires. The fretting life of conductor increases with the decrease of bending amplitude and dead load. The frequency of bending vibration has less effect on the fretting life of conductor.
