移动智能车辆稽查系统的设计与实现

摘    要:移动智能车辆稽查系统以PXA270为核心,集成了高速视频采集、GPS定位、无线网络传输等硬件模块,并利用基于中间件思想的XWIN3.0嵌入式软件开发平台进行了系统软件设计。通过软硬件协同设计实现了实时视频图像采集、智能车牌识别、GPS定位以及无线网络传输等功能,满足交通稽查部门对欠费等违规车辆不停车稽查的要求。

Abstract:Intelligent mobile vehicle checking system designed hardware of the high speed video acquisition module,GPS position module,wireless network transmission module based on PXA270.And system software was also designed based on XWIN3.0 embedded operating system with middleware structure.Through software-hardware cooperative design,it realized the function of real-time video acquisition,intelligent vehicle plate recognition,GPS position and wireless network transmission.This system satisfies the requirement of non-stopping checking.
