| 摘 要： | 分析了当前中国城市化发展面临的危机与考验,从分工效率和交易费用的视角重新解读和诠释了城市化的本质,认为专业化分工是城市化发展的效率源泉,而制度变迁是城市化发展的动力机制;在此基础上,结合一个假想的案例进行了应用分析。最后,总结了中国城市化发展危机的实质,指出,持续不断地完善制度,降低交易成本,提高分工效率是中国城市化发展的根本出路。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the urbanization in China which is confronted by crisis and challenges, this paper expounds the essence of the urbanization from viewpoints of labor division efficiency and transaction cost, It holds that labor division is the source of efficiency, while transformation of institution is the dynamic of the urbanization. Then it makes an application analysis based on an assumed case. It points out that improving the institution, reducing the transaction cost and enhancing the efficiency of labor division are the directions of the urbanization in China. |
