| 摘 要： | 钢管公司新增高压锅炉管线首次实现了高压锅炉管全连续生产线的全线过程控制，该生产线以引进设备基础自动化为基础，结合国内设备基础自动化的改造，通过分区域进行管理和跟踪，最终形成全区域过程控制管理。系统中采用了最新的工业控制软件和现代过程控制技术，自主开发过程跟踪应用软件实现了基础自动化到管理计算机级(L3)的贯通。该系统的成功投运提高了生产率，减轻了工作量，为国内相关生产线的改造提供了有益的经验．

| Abstract: | The new high pressure boiler tube of Tube Company with whole-continue process control first time.The line is based on automation that was provided by foreign company and rebuilding of old equipment.The whole-continue process control is realized by dividing the whole zone to several small districts.The system uses some new modern process control technology and industry control software.By using the self-developsd process tracking software, the system linked level 1 to level 3 successfully.The system may provide some experience about old equipment rebuilding. |
