小晶胞Y型沸石的催化裂化反应性能

摘    要: 制备了不同晶胞大小的Y型沸石,详细考察了其物性,并在重油微反和ACE装置上对其催化裂化反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,以小晶胞Y型沸石为催化剂的催化裂化中,其汽油选择性好,汽油辛烷值高,具有较好的应用前景。并将小晶胞Y型沸石与择形沸石的催化裂化反应性能做了比较。

Abstract:The Y zeolites with different unit cell size were prepared through two methods, and the properties of zeolites were studied in detail. The heavy oil microreactor and ACE unit were used to evaluate the Y zeolites and research the performance of the Y zeolite with low unit cell size at FCC condition. The experimental data clearly showed that over the Y zeolite with low unit cell size gasoline selectivity was better at low unit cell size range and octane number was high, indicating a good application foreground. The FCC performances of the Y zeolite with low unit cell size and shape selective zeolite were compared.
