东关水利枢纽翻板式活动坝设计

摘    要:东关水利枢纽翻板式活动坝是我国自行设计、制造的第一座活动坝,此坝型可有效地减少上游洪水淹没损失及水库泥沙淤积,尤其适合于城区内河道的综合治理,坝顶无需工作桥和交通桥,坝型新颖美观,操作简便安全。结合东关活动坝,对枢纽布置、坝体断面设计以及细部结构等进行了介绍,可供其他类似工程设计参考。

Abstract:DongGuan is the first project with turn-over movement dam designed and constructed by Chinese Engineers. This kind of dam can effectively decrease the loss due to upper-stream flood submerging and reservoir mud-sand fill-up, especially it is proper to harness city freshwater synthetically. It needs no work bridge and traffic bridge on dam top, dam type is novel and beautiful, operation is simply and safe. In this article, the design of hinge layout, dam section and detailed structure of DongGuan turn-over movement dam are recommended, which can be a good reference to similar projects design.
