| 摘 要： | 毛泽东对反腐败进行了理论和实践上的可贵探索,为党的反腐倡廉理论体系的建立奠定了基础。邓小平在改革开放的全新历史条件下不但继承了毛泽东的相关思想,而且创新、丰富和发展了反腐倡廉理论体系。从腐败产生的原因,反腐败的角度、策略和手段等方面,比较分析了二人反腐败思想的特点。认为搞好反腐倡廉工作,要深入开展反腐思想教育;要坚持群众路线反对腐败;要建立健全科学的反腐机制。

| Abstract: | Mao Ze-dong's theoretical and practical exploration on anti-corruption lays the foundation for establishment of the Party's system of anti-corruption and being honest.It was Deng Xiao-ping,at a new era of reform and opening-up,who inherited Mao's thoughts in this field and then further enriched and developed the anti-corruption system.Through the comparison of such aspects as the causes of corruption,angels of anti-corruption,the strategy and means of struggle against corruption,this paper analyzes the features of the two men's ideas of anti-corruption and uncovers the realistic significance of anti-corruption.It is necessary to carry out the ideological education for anti-corruption,to depend on the masses to fight corruption and to establish a scientific anti-corruption system. |
