摘    要:采用(NH4)2SO4和TiO2为原料,制备了TiO2/AS复合材料。用表面光电压谱(SPS)表征了TiO2/AS的表面态。发现在热处理过程中(NH4)2SO4和TiO2之间发生了反应,生成了S-Ti配合物,这个表面的S-Ti配合物SPS峰的强度和IR峰的强度与处理温度有平行关系。

Abstract:TiO2/AS was synthesized by using(NH4)2SO4 and TiO2 as starting material.The products treated at different temperatures were characterized by SPS.The results showed that chemical interactions occurred between ammonium sulfate and titanium oxide during the heat-treatment process and surface complex of S-Ti formed.The appearance of S-Ti peak on SPS agreed well with the S-Ti peak on IR.
