摘    要:研制了一种新型高效高滤失堵漏材料GY-1,该材料由多微孔粉剂、悬浮剂、增强剂及固化剂按一定比例优化复配而成的混合物。测定其在清水、4%土浆及钻井液体系中的常规性能,探讨了其高滤失堵漏作用机理。通过模拟堵漏实验评价了其配制的堵漏浆液封堵裂缝的效果,针对大的裂缝可加入惰性材料进行复配。综合实验结果表明:GY-1具有滤失速度快、堵漏效果好、承压强度高等特点,可直接在清水或土浆中配制,操作简单、使用方便。
