摘    要:针对目前采用传统巴氏合金浇注技术所浇注的大功率低速船用柴油机轴瓦性能难以达到工作性能要求,通过对巴氏合金的浇注技术进行优化研究,建立了轴瓦浇注工艺的优化模型,应用神经网络和遗传算法对优化模型进行了求解,获得了最优的浇注工艺参数,对采用新工艺浇注的轴瓦进行试验验证.结果表明,优化后的浇注工艺明显改善了轴瓦性能.
