摘    要:本文简要介绍了填料塔正常运行的重要性,并对填料塔的常见故障进行了分析归类.在此基础上建立了填料塔设备的档案和维护方案来避免周期性故障,对突发性故障则使用故障诊断专家系统进行分析判断并给出合适的维修方案.本文采用专家系统和信息管理技术,最终可减少填料塔因故障停车带来的损失,为企业带来更大的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The importance of normalization operation for packed tower is briefly introduced in this paper, and the general faults of packed tower are analyzed and categorized, on the basis of which equipment files and maintenance schemes for packed towers are established to avoid periodic faults. As to the sudden faults, fault diagnosis expert system is used to evaluate the faults and to provide suitable schemes for maintenance. In this paper, the adoption of expert system and information management technique could eventually decrease the loss caused by the system halt due to faults of packed tower, and bring larger economic benefits to enterprises.
