| Abstract: | The dual-wavelength TLCS was used for the determination of the content of the Ginsenoside Rg1 in Rupixiaotablets.The mean recovery of 97.0%was achieved with RSD of 1.98%.The result of assay with the method developed was proved to be well reappeared,accurate and reliable. |
