材料塑性对提高钢丝绳破断拉力的作用

从可靠性角度,运用应力—强度干涉理论分析了影响钢丝绳整绳破断拉力的诸因素,特别是制绳钢丝抗拉强度的方差和各钢丝在整绳拉仲过程中所承受应力的方差对整绳破断拉力的影响。讨论了制绳钢丝的塑性对于减小应力的方差,进而提高整绳破断拉力的作用。指出为提高钢丝绳的破断拉力,应综合考虑材料强度、塑性、韧性三者的共同影响。

Effect of plasticity of material on the Breaking Strength of Wire Ropes

In view of reliability and according to the stress-strength interference theory, the authors analyze the factors effecting the breaking strength of a wire rope, especially the effects of the square deviation of tensile strength of the rope wire and the square deviation of stress on each wire of a tensioned rope, discuss the effect of the plasticity of the wire on reducing the square deviation of stress and thereby improving the breaking strength of the rope, and point out that the effects of strength, plasticity and toughness of the material for the wire rope should be synthetically considered.
