摘    要:赤水河孕育了我国众多知名白酒品牌,塑造了丰富的酒文化内涵。赤水河流域酒文化研究严重滞后于酒产业发展,且现有研究内容过于零散化、集中化和应用化。为此,需从系统性、全面性和理论性视角进一步深化赤水河流域酒文化研究。

Abstract:Chishui River has bred many well-known Baijiu (Chinese liquor) brands in China and shaped rich cultural connotations of alcoholic drink. The research of alcoholic drink culture in Chishui River lagged far behind the development of alcoholic drink industry, and the existing research contents were too fragmented, centralized and applied. Therefore, it is necessary to further deepen the study of alcoholic drink culture in Chishui River in a systematic, comprehensive and theoretical perspective.
