玫瑰花茶中原花青素检测方法研究

摘    要:通过均匀试验与正交试验联用建立紫外分光光度法测定玫瑰花茶中原花青素含量的检测方法。结果表明,玫瑰花茶中原花青素含量的最优检测条件为乙醇体积分数50%,盐酸体积分数0.10%,超声提取时间110 min,沸水浴时间10 min,平衡时间10 min。该检测方法的加标回收率为102.1%和精密度试验结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.56%,操作简便、重复性好、精密度高。在此最佳条件下,测定玫瑰花茶中原花青素平均含量为28.06 mg/g。

Abstract:A method for the detection of proanthocyanidins in rose tea by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was established by uniform tests and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimal detection conditions for proanthocyanidins in rose tea were as follows: ethanol volume fraction 50%, hydrochloric acid volume fraction 0.1%, ultrasonic extraction time 110 min, boiling water bath time 10 min, and equilibrium time 10 min. The standard recovery rate and relative standard deviation (RSD) of precision tests results of the method were 102.1% and 1.56%, respectively, with simple operation, good repeatability and high precision. Under the optimal condition, the average content of proanthocyanidins in rose tea was 28.06 mg/g.
