| 摘 要： | 系统地介绍了对加气混凝土砌块生产线进行计算机监控的系统组成和结构,具体介绍了系统的硬件软件组成,以及系统的功能模块.着重描述了系统的上位监控部分的软件设计和自动配料功能的实现,对上位机与自动配料控制器的通讯作了详尽的说明,除了对上位部分的详细研究之外,也涉及下位PLC的相关内容和电气部分的设计.加气混凝土砌块计算机监控系统的各项功能做到了砌块的安全生产和生产线的实时监控,基本实现了砌块生产线的生产自动化和工厂的管理控制集中化.
