摘    要:结合涂附磨具的生产工艺流程,根据其特点对创新的振动式落料机进行了深入的动力特性分析、计算和设计,指出了单、双激振器激振的利弊,并设计和制造了样机,进而进行了试验.试验结果验证了分析、计算的有效性.

Abstract:By integrating with the production processes for coated abrasive tools, the dynamical property analysis, calculation and design are first conducted in depth on the innovative feeding machines. Then, the advantages and disadvantages of using single or double vibration - exciters are provided. Next, the proto- type is designed, manufactured and tested. Finally, the analysis and calculation, are proven feasible in terms of testing results.
