摘    要:本文研究了MCS-51单片机控制的1kW太阳能光伏交流水泵。采用了MOSFET逆变器驱动潜水螺杆电泵的方案。MOSFET逆变器采用脉宽调制技术。针对螺杆电泵的恒转矩特点,提出最大频率跟踪(MFPT)代替最大功率跟踪,简化了控制。最后给出了实验结果。

Abstract:A 1 kW photovoltic AC pump controlled by a single chip microprocessor is presented. A submersible screw electric pump drived by a PWM MOSFET inverter is used. The PWM control pulses for the inverter is generated by an IC HEF4752V. Since the screw pump has constant torque property, maximum frequency point track (MFPT) is introduced and used to replace the conventional Maximum Power Point Track (MPPT), which simplifies the control complexity. Functions such as PV Detection, constant V/f control of the motor, low Voltage and low frequency start of the motor, and MFPT are accomplished by the single chip microprocessor. In addition experiment results are given
