新型采煤机行走轮材料的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:采煤机行走轮经常出现非正常断齿和异常磨损等各种非正常破坏和失效问题,严重制约了煤矿开采的效率和连续性。选用中碳合金钢作为行走轮材料,采用渗碳技术改善其表面性能,研究了渗碳后的表面形貌、表面硬度和摩擦学性能。研究发现,中碳合金钢渗碳处理后,表面形成了很厚的渗碳层,经过淬火处理后,生成了细小的回火马氏体组织,有效地强化了表面,其硬度大幅度提高,从HV125增加到HV520。同时,摩擦学实验表明,渗碳处理有效地降低了材料摩擦、减少了材料的磨损。这充分表明中碳钢通过合适的渗碳处理后是一种潜在的采煤机行走轮材料。

Abstract:Abnormal damage and failure such as abnormal rupture and abrasion was often occured on traveling wheels for coal shear, which restrict the efficiency and continuity of coal exploitatione. Mild alloy steel was chosen as material of traveling wheel, and carburization was considered as a method to modify the surface properties.
