摘    要:叙述了6.9 m×4.2 m矩形顶管在进入上海轨道交通10号线伊犁路站3号出入口过街地下通道时,需下穿运行中的110 kV电力井。为确保电力井的安全,采取悬吊保护措施,以钻孔灌注桩和钢筋混凝土承台为支撑体系,用70号双榀H型钢悬吊电力井。在施工中用拉森钢板桩作临时围护;在开挖暴露出电力井基础后,顶入工字钢;电力井悬吊后,回填黄沙,进行注浆加固。

Abstract:With the background of Shanghai Rail Transit L10,when the rectangular pipe jacking(6.9 m×4.2 m) will enter the underground passage of No.3 Exit of Yili Rd.Station,it has to cross beneath 110 kV power well in operation.To ensure the safety of power well,suspension protection measures are adopted with the supporting system of cast-in-situ bored pile and reinforced concrete bearing platform and using No.70 double frames & H-shaped steel suspension power well.During the construction period,LASSEN Pile is used as temporary enclosure firstly,secondly I-shaped steel is jacked after power well foundation excavated and then,sand is backfilled to make grouting reinforcement after suspension of the power well.
