炼铁厂烧结系统密封新技术的应用

摘    要:为降低烧结机系统的漏风率,采用新技术对一烧作业区4台烧结机的台车和烧结机的机头、机尾的密封板进行了改造,效果良好,漏风率下降15%左右,烧结矿产量提高2%~4%。

Abstract:In order to reduce the air leakage rate of the sintering machine, the new technology is applied in improving the drop bar of the pallet and the charge end and discharge end of the 4 sinterlng machines in No. 1 working area. Through improvement, good results are achieved, air leakage rate reduced by 15%, sinter output increased by 2%-4%.
