| Abstract: | One easy and quick analysis method in measuring the SiC content in slide plate by high frequency IR carbon-sulfur analyzer is examined in this article. Through series of condition experiments, the optimum analysis method is examined. It is approved by the results of high precision and accuracy test and the comparative analysis of chemical method that the measuring method can obtain a satisfied effect. |
