| Abstract: | The CAS-OB, secondary refining process, applied in producing Q345qC steel is introduced in this article. Besides, the quality and performance of the products that are separately processed by CAS-OB and LF in secondary refining process are compared. It is indicated by the result that the products processed by CAS-OB in secondary refining process have good quality and steady performance. |
