易水解聚酯的流变性能

摘    要:合成了一系列易水解聚酯(EHDPET),研究了第三、四单体含量及添加剂B对EHDPET流变性能的影响,得到了EHDPET的粘流活化能与剪切速率之间的关系。结果表明,EHDPET的流动性能随第三单体(SIPE)含量的增加而下降,增大第四单体(脂肪族化合物A)的添加量和添加聚合物B均可使EHDPET的流动性能得到改善。

Abstract:Easy hydrolysis degradable polyester (EHDPET) is an ideal material for manufacturing super-fine fiber by blend spinning or composite spinning. A series of EHDPET had been synthesized by PTA process and a rheology study was carried out to investigate the influence of the content of the third monomer (SIPE), forth monomer (aliphatic A) and additive B. The relation between visco-flow activition energy and shear rates was also described. The result shows that the rheological properties become worse as the content of SIPE increases; adding more aliphatic polymer A and adding B can both improve the flow behavior of EHDPET.
